β€’ As the Growth Marketing Manager at Freed, you will be focused on driving efficient customer growth across owned and earned marketing channels, including referrals, SEO & content as well through improvement in the conversion funnel. Reporting into the Head of Growth, this role would be instrumental in accelerating efficient acquisition growth across the full funnel. β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, focusing on acquiring, activating and converting trials to paying subscribers, and driving revenue growth. β€’ Optimize marketing funnels, user segmentation, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI. β€’ Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor campaign success, making data-driven decisions to refine and adjust strategies. β€’ Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. β€’ Provide regular channel performance reports and ad hoc reports. β€’ Execute on a roadmap of creative/conv funnel experimentation to inform optimization measures and drive growth across the funnel. β€’ Bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing to work closely with the PLG team to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and build new features to improve the conversion funnel.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field β€’ 4+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, with a proven track record at an PLG or a SaaS company β€’ Strong expertise in various marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, lifecycle marketing, content marketing, and conversion funnel optimization β€’ Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and KPI tracking β€’ Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as Webflow and lifecycle marketing platforms β€’ Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and data visualization platforms β€’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an agile, collaborative environment
