Description

• As our Financial Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the company’s financial health and driving strategic decisions. • You will manage financial operations, from budgeting and forecasting to reporting and compliance, while providing insights that guide the leadership team. • Working closely with department heads, you will ensure financial efficiency and support our continued growth. • This role entails close and systematic collaboration with the Group and responsibility for timely group reporting and coordinating any integration activities within the finance area. • This role is perfect for a proactive financial professional ready to develop and contribute to a dynamic IT environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management, ideally within the IT or tech sector. • Solid financial background, preferably Big 4 Audit experience combined with business acumen and experience. • Strong knowledge of Polish accounting standards and tax regulations. • Proficiency with financial software (previous experience with ERP implementation is a plus). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken. • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (a professional certification such as ACCA or CIMA is a plus).
