• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. • Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics needs. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to understand their data requirements and deliver relevant tables and insights. • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of analytics tools and platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization. • Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations alongside your team, to provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels. • Establish and enforce best practices & quality for data management, including data governance, quality assurance, and security. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and engineering, and drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven hands on experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results on time (Project Management Experience). • The ability to be agile in an agile environment. You’ll be leading and teaching your team to adapt to change, and reading the overall company strategy and context to set the direction for the team. • Strong collaboration and communication skills. This team enables departments all across the business to be successful, so your role will ensure that we’re solving the most impactful problems and opportunities at all times. Communicating the strategy and plan, managing stakeholder expectations, and having the ability to influence change is essential. • Ability to recruit, develop, motivate and mentor a team of data engineers, data scientists, and data analyst professionals. Objectively measure performance, velocity, and impact.
