Description

• As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the technical vision and evolution of our tools, • Collaborate with the team to ideate, design, and deliver impactful features iteratively, • Partner with Product and Design to shape our roadmap, • Lead and drive larger initiatives that have a broad impact across the group or department. • Participate in code reviews, and testing, and ensure consistency in engineering practices. • Facilitate group discussions to identify and implement the best solutions to our customers' challenges. • Research, communicate, and advocate for best practices within your domain. • Simplify and explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Mentor and coach junior to senior engineers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.

Requirements

• Strong software design and architecture skills; • Proven experience as a full-stack software engineer with a track record of building scalable software; • A proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies; • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude; • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and lead through uncertainty; • Experience leading teams or projects as a technical leader; • A passion for continuous learning and growth; • Enthusiasm for delivering value early and often to customers; • A curious mindset, with a knack for asking the right questions and exploring new ideas; • Initiative and self-sufficiency in solving problems and driving projects forward; • A strong focus on quality, with experience in writing automated tests;
