• This is a remote position. • Mida Technologies is a leader in AI-powered, ethical debt collection and recovery solutions tailored to financial services. • The successful candidate will drive technical documentation, oversee sprint delivery, manage go-live implementation for enterprise customers, and perform ongoing product research to ensure Mida’s solutions remain innovative and competitive. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and documentation. • Manage sprint goals, track progress, and ensure developers adhere to the approved roadmap. • Oversee the successful implementation and go-live of software for new enterprise customers, ensuring adherence to set timelines and quality standards. • Conduct ongoing product research, including user feedback collection, competitive analysis, and feature prioritization. • Work closely with stakeholders to identify market opportunities and align product strategies with business goals. • Ensure alignment between product development and customer expectations through regular reviews and testing cycles. • Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze metrics, and propose enhancements to improve user satisfaction and engagement. • Serve as the main point of contact for technical queries related to product features, documentation, and implementations. • Facilitate product training sessions for internal teams and external clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; additional certifications in product management or agile methodologies are a plus. • Proven experience in technical product management, preferably in SaaS or fin-tech environments. • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with experience managing sprint cycles. • Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive technical documentation. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with software implementation processes for enterprise clients is highly desirable.
