We’re a company founded on people-first culture, fueled by our mission to lead the global shift toward electrification. • Through the creation of life-simplifying smart HVAC controls for homes and businesses, we’re helping our customers save energy, money, and the planet we share. • We are looking to fill the role of Mysa HQ Partner Development Manager for our Mysa HQ, remotely! • The Partner Development Manager will be responsible for building and growing relationships with mechanical contractors across North America. This will require a mixture of prospecting and business development with existing partners with the goal of growing the number of contractors offering Mysa HQ to their clients.
• Experience with B2B sales in a competitive environment. • Experience with controls and existing relationships in the HVAC business are highly desired. • Successfully completing a Bachelor’s Degree is considered an asset. • Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to understand customers’ business needs and provide solutions. • You’re a highly motivated self-starter that can prioritize projects and deliver results. • You have a very strong bias for action and work with a sense of urgency. • Travel requirements for this role will flex and may be as high as 75% of the time. Candidates should live near a large airport for ease of travel.
