Description

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, coordinating pre-employment assessment and qualified candidate interviews, and conducting professional reference checks. • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including required documents, orientation, and training arrangements. • Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employee files and HR databases. • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing general HR inquiries and concerns, and escalating issues when necessary. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and assist in policy development and implementation. • Assist in performance review processes, tracking evaluations, and providing support for performance improvement plans. • Help coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee progress. • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance reporting. • Participate in HR-related projects, such as enhancing employee onboarding, diversity and inclusion programs, and wellness initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. • Previous experience (1-2 years) in HR coordination or administrative roles preferred. • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (i.e., HRIS, ATS). • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
