📋 Description

• Collect and analyze financial data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. • Prepare financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Develop advanced financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making. • Manage departmental reporting to ensure that leaders understand performance throughout the year. • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and maintain financial plans and budgets. • Lead the preparation of financial forecasts and projections. • Provide support in the development of long-term financial strategies and goals. • Gather and analyze data from various sources to provide insights on business performance. • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to monitor and track them. • Conduct advanced data mining and statistical analysis to uncover trends and patterns. • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency. • Recommend and implement changes to enhance data accuracy, reporting, and analysis. • Take the lead role in implementing advanced financial systems and tools to optimize financial operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting, preferably in a high-growth or SaaS environment. • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial statement analysis. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets. • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to stakeholders.
