• Transform ideas into compelling visual stories. • Blend storytelling, creativity, and design to elevate brand experiences. • Edit raw footage into polished videos that tell powerful stories. • Design and animate motion graphics for promotional videos, intros/outros, and transitions. • Create captivating 2D/3D animations and integrate special effects. • Collaborate with teams to design optimized graphics for social platforms. • Create stunning visuals for digital platforms and adapt content for performance goals. • Use analytics to measure impact and refine designs for audience engagement.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience in digital and graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field. • Ability to design engaging UX flows, wireframes, and mockups, incorporating motion elements a plus! • Expertise in tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint. • Expertise in Figma with proficiency in comparable design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD). • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, manage assets efficiently and ensure smooth workflows. • Familiarity with social media best practices and platform-specific requirements. • Experience in 3D animation, color grading, and sound design is a plus. • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills. • A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of animation, motion graphics, and digital design.
