Description

• Sauce is a premier restaurant technology platform that helps businesses grow with our Commission-Free Delivery & Pickup structure and proprietary delivery optimization technology. • We are serving a 105 billion dollar US local restaurant business. • Headquartered in NYC and Tel-Aviv, Sauce wants restaurants to fulfill their highest potential. • You’ll own the recruitment process for our Sales and Customer Operations teams hiring in LATAM. • Work directly with leaders to fill crucial roles while also taking on light HR responsibilities to support broader People initiatives. • The schedule for this position is flexible, ideally Monday to Friday with standard EST working hours.

Requirements

• Based anywhere in South America or Mexico • 2+ years experience in Recruiting, Sourcing, or People Ops (either as an in-house recruiter or at a staffing agency) • Proven success in building diverse talent pipelines and reducing time-to-fill for key positions. • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., Rippling, Workday), ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), and employee engagement strategies • Ability to work autonomously, in alignment with Sauce’s hiring goals. • Previous experience with various interviewing methods (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc) • Strong decision-making skills • Fluent English proficiency and strong communication skills.
