Description

• Develop intuitive, user-centered design solutions for web, mobile and tablet applications • Audit our existing B2C UI/UX and suggest improvements • Conduct user research, create user personas, and design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups • Collaborate with PMs, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience • Create visually appealing and consistent design elements that align with our brand identity • Design marketing materials, including landing pages, banners, email templates, and social media graphics • Ensure all visual designs are optimized for various devices and platforms • Understand the unique needs and preferences of both B2C and B2B users. • Tailor design strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction for both market segments. • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to create compelling visuals for presentations, demos, and promo campaigns • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to ensure cohesive design implementation • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our product offerings • Provide design support for new feature development and product enhancements • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX and visual design • Seek feedback from users and team members to identify areas for improvement • Continuously refine and optimize design processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience as a B2C UI/UX Designer in the online food ordering industry, e-commerce or any other related experience • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects in B2C and B2B environments • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
