β’ Review the purchase order status for orders placed by the purchasing team that are related to your accounts. Ensure Orders are on Schedule and report delays or changes to the Business Manager β’ Understand and track the Bill of Material Set Up for items related to your accounts. Track Inbound Raw Materials to ensure on-time and report delays or changes to the Business Manager β’ Track sales orders that are processed and related to your accounts. Determine how Raw Materials and Stock are affected and report to the Business Manager any issues or needs β’ Track Progress with the Compliance Department for ongoing projects. Ensure Labels, Diagrams, and Specs are meeting the timeline for approval β’ Track progress with the Design team to ensure Product artwork is on schedule and meeting customer needs β’ Order necessary Concept or production Samples for end customer needs based on sample reports and needs. Track status and report to the Business Manager β’ Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Run and export reports, check and manage inventory. Track shipping containers, review PCO (Purchase Change Order) orders, and use Microsoft Outlook for emails
