• Substance is seeking a Growth Specialist (North Asia) to drive our expansion efforts across the North Asian markets. • Identify growth opportunities, increase market share, and build strategies. • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop effective tactics to reach new customers and maximize our impact. • Lead Generation Expert: Employ diverse outreach methods to generate high-quality leads across North Asia, including cold calls, email campaigns, and networking. • Market Strategy Implementer: Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored marketing strategies that will resonate with customers in North Asia. • Sales Qualification: Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand regional trends and client needs. • Relationship Builder: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients. • Sales Methodologies Advocate: Employ effective sales methodologies to drive results. • CRM Management: Ensure up-to-date and accurate client records in our CRM system. • Feedback Contributor: Actively provide feedback based on client interactions and market insights.
• Fluency in both English and at least one other relevant language spoken in North Asia. • Demonstrated experience in sales development or business development in the tech sector. • Strong knowledge of the North Asian markets, including cultural and business nuances. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage stakeholders effectively. • Goal-oriented and driven with a passion for pursuing new business opportunities. • Familiarity with CRM tools and a solid understanding of the sales process. • Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • We don’t need you to have experience, we just need you to get it!
