Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a regional HR role, preferably within a multinational company. • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices across North Asia. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. • Proven ability to navigate complex challenges and provide strategic solutions. • Experience working in different sectors including technology space • Ability to work autonomously and drive projects in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the North Asia region is an advantage.
