🎯 Requirements

• Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or maritime industries. • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in shipping-related positions. • Skills: • Strong networking abilities and the capability to build and maintain professional relationships. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Proficiency with recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Analytical skills to evaluate candidates' fit for roles effectively. • Knowledge: • In-depth understanding of the shipping and logistics industry, including key roles, responsibilities, and trends. • Familiarity with shipping regulations and workforce dynamics. • Attributes: • Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote setup. • A passion for connecting talent with opportunities in the shipping sector.
