📋 Description

• We are looking for a Technical Writer on behalf of our client to develop and maintain technical documentation for their firewall and hotspot gateway products. • In this role, you will be responsible for creating and updating the knowledge base, preparing newsletters, writing blogs on new feature launches, and providing technical write-ups for media websites. • This position requires strong technical writing skills, networking and cybersecurity knowledge, and excellent command of the English language to effectively communicate complex concepts to various audiences. • Key Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and update the knowledge base for firewall and hotspot gateway products. • Prepare and distribute bimonthly newsletters with relevant product updates and insights. • Write blogs and articles on new feature launches, product enhancements, and cybersecurity trends. • Provide well-structured technical write-ups for media websites to enhance brand visibility. • Collaborate with technical teams to document product specifications, user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals. • Ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Stay up to date with network security, firewall technologies, and industry best practices to create relevant content. • Job Competencies: • Strong technical writing skills with a background in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Computer Networking • Understanding of networking, firewalls, and cybersecurity principles • Excellent English language skills for precise and engaging communication • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation • Experience with content management systems, documentation tools, and blog platforms is a plus

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the networking or cybersecurity industry. • Strong understanding of firewall and hotspot gateway technologies. • Ability to create high-quality technical content for various formats (knowledge base, blogs, newsletters, and media articles). • Familiarity with content management systems, Markdown, or documentation tools is advantageous.
