🎯 Requirements
• 7-10 Jahre Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Rollen mit Führungsverantwortung auf strategischer Ebene für Sales, Marketing und/oder Produkt • Teil eines schnell wachsenden Unternehmens (idealerweise VC-finanziertes Startup) mit Umsatzverantwortung im hohen zweistelligen Millionenbereich pro Jahr • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Skalierung und Strukturierung von Vertrieben für technische Produkte im B2C Bereich • Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Produkten mit langen Laufzeiten und „Recurring Revenue Models“ – SaaS Erfahrung ist ein Plus • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Markt für Erneuerbare Energie • Erfahrung in Entwicklung und Umsetzung von digitalen Produkten
