📋 Description
• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Webhooks, REST API or tools such as Zapier, Make or Notion • Integrate and automate processes within the CRM, Notion, Webflow and other tools to enhance operational efficiency • Collaborate with department heads to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing workflows • Monitor and maintain automation processes to ensure seamless operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise • Provide ongoing training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices • Document all automation processes and create user-friendly guides for internal use
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in automation and workflow management using Webhooks, REST API or tools such as Zapier or Make (Required) • Strong technical skillset and experience with Frontend Development, Web Forms, CRMs, Notion (Required) • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions, automations and work-arounds (Required) • Quick comprehension and willingness to learn • Good written and spoken communication English skills. German skills are nice to have • Goal oriented, problem solving and can-do mentality • An analytical and structured style of work, suitable for a remote-first team • Working well in a team and across teams
