🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in B2C collections, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Fluent in English (C1-C2 level). • Familiarity with relevant US laws, regulations, and best practices in collections. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and relevant collection softwares.
