• Project management: • Scope, prioritize, and manage end-to-end marketing projects and campaigns. • Coordinate with development teams to create clear, concise tasks and timelines. • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. • Use Google Analytics, PostHog, Metabase to analyze funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and optimize conversion rates. • Run A/B tests across various acquisition funnel stages. • Collaborate with designers and developers to apply UX/UI best practices for better conversion. • Implement marketing automation via tools like Make, Zapier, etc., to streamline workflows. • Conduct in-depth competitor research to identify gaps and opportunities. • Use analytics to forecast monthly acquisition strategies. • Experience: 2+ years in Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, Marketing Project Manager, or Project Manager roles. • Background: High-growth startups, e-commerce/D2C, or consulting firms are strongly preferred. • English Level: B2+ (Strong written and verbal communication).
