• Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site • The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability • Aufgabenstellung umfasst die selbständige Abwicklung von Bauleistungen für HVDC sowie Großprojekte im AC Umspannwerksbereich • Eigenständige Abwicklung des Leistungsumfanges der Bautechnik und Führung des Civil Engineering Teams innerhalb des Projektes • Kontrollen der Baufortschritts mit Abgleich von Terminplan Soll-Ist Vergleichen
🎯 Requirements
• Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift • Studienabschluss als Bauingenieur oder Architekt oder technischer Abschluss mit langjähriger relevanter Erfahrung • Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von internationalen Großprojekten und der Führung von Nachunternehmern sowie Personal • sichere Anwendung einschlägiger vertraglicher Regelwerke wie BGB, VOB, HOAI • selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise • Belastbarkeit und Entscheidungsfreude • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
