📋 Description
• Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle. • Participate in the implementation of MES solutions and provide technical support using software suites. • Take full responsibility for the technical delivery of projects. • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies through on-site evaluations. • Responsible for preparation for go-live, post-go-live support, and follow-up inspections.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher. • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the MES field and have participated in the delivery of at least 3 large-scale MES projects. • Strong software architecture and development capabilities, able to independently design and develop technical solutions. • Strong communication skills, able to work efficiently in a multicultural environment. • Strong problem-solving abilities, good documentation writing, planning, and project execution skills. • Willingness to travel as required. • Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese. • Basic English communication skills.
