• As a key member of the global sales operations team, support and enable the sales organization through data-driven insights, efficient sales processes, and effective performance management. • Manage data analytics and reporting processes to support sales strategies and decision-making. • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key sales performance metrics and track sales health. • Drive funnel hygiene management and ensure sales teams are following best practices for pipeline management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment on sales targets and initiatives. • Provide ongoing sales process improvement recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Partner with sales leadership to communicate performance trends, provide insights based on data and suggest areas for improvement. • Ensure consistent use and optimization of Salesforce CRM across the sales organization. • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to address business needs and questions.
• Able to legally work in Mexico. • Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish. • Bachelor Degree from accredited university or college plus minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Operations or similar role, preferably in a software or technology environment. • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau, and Excel (advanced level). • Proven track record in data analytics, reporting, and building dashboards in Tableau. • Familiarity with sales pipeline management and funnel hygiene best practices.
