📋 Description
•Perform safety analysis for plant thermal-hydraulic stability •Responsible for fuel project activities including reload analyses •Engage with interfacing teams responsible for mechanical design •Communicate and coordinate activities with project managers, technical personnel, and customers •Prepare, document and present technical data •Provide technical mentoring to support Stability Analysis staff development •Develop/deliver training course offerings •Contribute to team process improvements •Ensure work is performed with high quality
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Discipline (Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar) from an accredited college or university •Minimum 5 years of experience in plant T-H Stability Safety Analysis and Methods •Experience in BWR Plant T-H Stability analyses •Experience with BWR technology and BWR Stability analysis to support applicable regulatory requirements •Experience with BWR simulator and use of 3-D neutron kinetics •Experience with BWR/PWR T/H systems codes such as TRACG, RELAP, & TRACE •Programming experience such as C#, FORTRAN, or PYTHON
