• ghSMART is a leadership advisory firm dedicated to creating value for CEOs, boards, and investors. • You’ll play a critical role in providing analytical capabilities and functional expertise to support original research, business development, and knowledge creation. • This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, creativity, and strong communication skills to deliver actionable insights and support client-facing and internal initiatives. • Become part of the Go-to-Market team, bringing a curious, scrappy, and innovative mentality. • Organized, collaborative, and focused on creating ways for us to share knowledge and insights internally and externally.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, data analytics, psychology, or a related field is a plus • 1-2 years of consulting experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm with exposure to talent and HR topics, OR 3+ years of relevant industry experience in a similar focus area with demonstrated responsibility for delivering output and impact • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience analyzing large datasets and creating actionable insights • Familiarity with survey tools, analytics platforms, and Salesforce • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, impactful reports and presentations • Experience with SharePoint or similar knowledge management platforms • Ability to work collaboratively in virtual environments, demonstrating agility and adaptability to diverse challenges and teams • Passion for and curiosity about enabling business success through people insights
