β’ Giga builds the electrical infrastructure that powers the modern world. β’ As a Switchboard Sales Engineer, serve as the low voltage switchboard technical expert within the sales organization. β’ Provide essential technical guidance to the sales team, helping validate complex requirements and ensure our solutions align with customer specifications. β’ Collaborate with other sales engineers specializing in transformers and high voltage systems. β’ Review RFQs and POs for technical feasibility, and engage in technical discussions with customers. β’ Help maintain consistency across technical documentation, including engineering drawings and product nameplates. β’ Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure manufactured products comply with customer requirements.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field and/or evidence of exceptional experience β’ 2+ years of experience in switchboard design, manufacturing, or application engineering β’ Comprehensive knowledge of switchboard specifications and industry standards (UL 891, NEMA PB-2, NEC/NFPA 70) β’ Proven experience reviewing technical specifications and engineering drawings β’ Strong technical writing abilities for documentation and training materials β’ Experience in customer-facing technical roles β’ Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
