• Manage the company’s Accounts Receivable department, overseeing invoicing to collection. • Collaborate closely with clients to address any invoice-related issues. • Provide support in Accounts Payable tasks and procedures. • Conduct Month-End reconciliations (bank, credit cards, vendor accounts, etc.). • Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting data across departments. • Record Journal Entries and monitor reporting items. • Effectively oversee the purchasing cycle. • Aid in resolving issues related to the delivery of goods and services. • Support the Purchasing department in ensuring timely order processing and RMA requests. • Ensure precise tracking and prompt delivery of purchase orders.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of Accounting experience. • At least 1 year of Purchasing experience. • Familiarity with IT products and procurement within the tech industry. • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.). • Experience with Autotask and QuickBooks is advantageous. • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving approach. • Ethical and discreet when handling confidential information.
