Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent like B.Sc./BCA/BA/ BCom/BBA/BSC IT. • Proven experience in customer support, specifically in a chat-based environment. • Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with customer support software and chat platforms. • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and issues. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
