With a global community of nearly 340,000 members across 180 countries, their impact reaches more than 362 million workers and their families worldwide. • As an HR Knowledge Advisor, you will develop and serve Human Resource professionals by utilizing generalist HR knowledge and expertise to provide resources and guidance in response to members' HR-related questions.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred • Five years of progressive experience in all areas of human resource management with practical, hands-on HR generalist experience or eight years of progressive professional experience in lieu of a degree • Experience as HR practitioner in different industries and environments (e.g., benefits, compensation, union) • Experience in domestic and global HR • Demonstrated ability to articulate workplace and HR trends with diverse audiences • Strong collaboration and team engagement skills • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and an ability to create innovative solutions to meet member needs • Resourceful, diplomatic, and focused on the day-to-day Human Resource practice needs of members • Ability to understand and utilize various systems (Customer Relationship Management, Automatic Call Distributor, Workforce Management, and Quality Assurance) • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Excellent internet researching skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills • Highly organized, ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently • Offer valuable input for operational improvements • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

🏖️ Benefits

• Remote, full-time (40h/week). Must be able to work either from 8 AM to 4 PM EST or 10 AM to 8 PM EST. • No-end-date, independent contractor agreement • Payment in USD, biweekly or monthly - your choice
