• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic (native or second language) and confident in English. • Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Active listening, customer empathy, and effective relationship management. • Media & Product Expertise: Experience with newsroom workflows, metadata management, and publishing tools • Technical Acumen: Understanding of cloud-based media systems, API integrations, and content distribution platforms. • Communication & Transparency: Ability to clearly articulate product vision, priorities, and decision-making rationale. • User-Centered Design Knowledge: Familiarity with UCD principles, A/B testing, MVP frameworks, and iterative development. • Independent & Agile Work Ethic: Self-motivated, able to work autonomously while engaging effectively in a remote, collaborative team.
