Description

• Represent the business on cross-functional teams delivering several projects. • Ensure initiatives and projects meet core business requirements. • Manage assigned global cross-functional strategies and activities. • Conduct business analysis for changes and new initiatives. • Document as-is business processes and systems. • Responsible for high-level requirements gathering and use case development. • Perform data driven analysis for business process impact. • Develop business requirements for technology assessment. • Participate in cross-functional business process mapping sessions. • Manage system regression testing and User Acceptance Testing.

Requirements

• 6+ years relevant experience in related field and a BS or BA; or 4+ years of relevant experience and a MA/MBA. • Experience in pharmaceutical operations/cGMP environment. • Knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations. • Serialization and traceability expertise in a GMP environment. • In-depth understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Previous experience in a multi-disciplinary team. • Ability to be flexible and adapt to business needs.
