• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication and coordination. • Develop, maintain, and report project schedules and timelines using ClickUp. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to the required standards. • Coordinate and communicate with clients daily. • Manage project risks, issues, and changes in scope. • Facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and action items. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and best practices for project management. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant materials. • Manage support tickets and answer questions/requests from clients. • Perform other related duties as required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management • Experience using ClickUp or similar project management software • Expert in Google sheet, word, etc. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
