Description
• Oversee multiple web development projects. • Utilize project management methodologies like Scrum. • Manage tasks using ClickUp or similar tools. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop project plans. • Answer support tickets and pass requests to the team. • Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Communicate project status updates to clients and internal team members regularly. • Work closely with the development team to ensure technical requirements are defined and tested. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. • Manage project documentation ensuring deliverables are created and maintained properly.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field. • At least 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in web development. • Enough understanding of web development technologies, including CMS, HTML, and CSS. • Knowledge of Scrum methodology, with a track record of managing projects using Scrum. • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or any similar tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
