β€’ The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be part of our Dynamic Sales Solution Service. β€’ Provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for 6 multi-branded hotels. β€’ This position is home-based and reports to a Director of Sales. β€’ Requires bi-monthly travel for in-market visits. β€’ Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy presentations over MS Teams. β€’ Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM. β€’ Manage client expectations and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. β€’ Ability to travel for occasional in-market visits to elevate client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Hotel Industry Sales Experience: 3 or more consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel. β€’ 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred. β€’ Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools. β€’ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. β€’ General hotel operations knowledge. β€’ Technical Proficiency: Proven experience using a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline. β€’ Strong ability to use all Microsoft Office applications (ie. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint). β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Strong organization, time management, and adaptability skills are essential. β€’ A collaborative team player who is goal-oriented.
