• Provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels • Create a sales-focused culture with General Managers and Front Desk staff • Accountable for driving ROI for hotel partners • Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy presentations over MS Teams • Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM • Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model • Manage client expectations and maintain high client satisfaction • Ability to travel for in-market visits
• 3 or more years of hotel guestroom sales experience • 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred • Strong understanding of hotel systems and brand tools • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • General hotel operations knowledge • Proven experience using a CRM system • Strong ability to use Microsoft Office applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organization and time management skills
