📋 Description

• Advanced development of industry-specific business and process models • Support in the development and implementation of integrated IT strategies • Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and governance processes • Establishment and introduction of management tools and systems • Process organization in the field of IT organization • Project and program management using traditional and agile methods • Sales and business development

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for digitalization issues and information technology • University Degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD) • At least 18 months of professional experience (incl. internships) in the advisory field and / or relative project experience • Sales ambition • Strategic mindset • Excellent understanding of core commercial processes • Sound knowledge of common consulting methods and tools, ideally project management (e.g., PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management certificates (e.g. ITIL, Cobit) • Innovativeness and willingness to take responsibility as well as exceed client expectations • Willingness to travel • Business fluent in English, other languages are an advantage (e.g., German, Mandarin)
