• Design and implement security solutions for clients • Develop and implement integrated cybersecurity strategies in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and IoT • Optimize processes for information security and product development (IAM, risk management, personnel security) • Analyze and optimize organizational structures and security governance processes • Project and program management in the realm of cybersecurity

Requirements

• Outstanding university degree, ideally in the STEM field • At least five years of experience in IT consulting focusing on cybersecurity transformations and implementation projects • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity architectures, frameworks, policies, and procedures • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate internal and external teams • Ability to identify project opportunities, develop proposals, and enhance customer engagement • Thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams and international settings, willingness to travel • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to cultivate relationships with clients and partners • Strong communication skills in German and English • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, or willingness to pursue such certifications
