Description

• Advise DAX and Fortune 500 companies on cybersecurity topics such as OT security, risk assessment or compliance • Development and implementation of integrated cybersecurity strategies in the field of digital transformation, Industry 4.0 and IoT • Process optimization and rollout for information security and product development processes (IAM, risk management, personnel security, etc.) • Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and security governance processes • Project and program management in the realm of cybersecurity strategies and solutions

Requirements

• Outstanding university degree, ideally in the STEM field • At least three years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably with a background in IT consulting • Experience leading small project teams on cybersecurity initiatives • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity architectures, frameworks, policies, and procedures • Ability to create and present complex business cases that align cybersecurity strategies with organizational goals • Strong communication skills to convey complex cybersecurity concepts clearly in both German and English
