Description

• Develop interfaces to existing data sources (SQL, file, API) • Develop data preparation, aggregation and cleansing pipelines (ETL) • Document data structures in a data dictionary • Store data in a central data store (SQL, No-SQL) • Develop RESTful API services using established frameworks and standards (Flask, Swagger) • Write automated tests and documentation, implement CI/CD pipelines • Deployment in different cloud environments, using container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) or native cloud services

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in software development in an industrial environment • Profound knowledge of Python, including libraries relevant to data science • Knowledge of Machine Learning methods and languages such as Java, Scala or Kotlin is an advantage • Experience with SQL (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle) and No-SQL (Mongo DB) databases • Familiar with orchestration tools such as AirFlow and Big Data processing technologies like spark or Beam • Experience with container technologies and micro-services, as well as cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Team player and enjoy communicating in German (at least B2) and English • High level of result and customer orientation and willingness to travel for projects
