Description

• As a Backend Engineer in the Compliance group, you'll mature compliance features • Focus on Compliance Management and Audit Events • Collaborate with Senior Engineers on architectural plans • Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code • Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance • Participate in agile development practices

Requirements

• Strong experience in building, deploying, and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications • A strong background in developing secure applications • Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries, preferably with PostgreSQL • An ability to self manage and organize in an asynchronous environment • Capacity to communicate about complex technical problems • Familiarity with various stages of software development end-to-end • Proven ability to work effectively in a team • A commitment to continuous learning and openness to feedback
