Description
• As a Manager, International Accounting, you will play a vital role in the company leading and executing statutory accounting and legal compliance for GitLab EMEA legal entities. • The international team will look to you for efficiency recommendations, implement best practice, and identify processes which will foster scale within our organization. • In this leadership position, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring your team, taking ownership over key aspects of statutory compliance, while providing business insights into our financial results.
Requirements
• 7+ years of progressive growth in financial management roles, with 3+ years leading and managing an international finance/finance operations team at a fast-growing high technology company. • Hands-on experience with NetSuite is preferred. • CPA and/or big 4 public accounting experience is a plus. • Experience with SaaS-based solutions. • Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. • Strong knowledge of operational and financial controls, including the ability to assess, develop and implement. • Highly organized, detailed oriented and able to work with minimal supervision. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to use GitLab.
