📋 Description

• As an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Field Enablement Operations, you will be responsible for strategizing and programatizing the tools used by the Field Enablement team to conduct enablement activities and improve seller efficiency. • You will own the enablement use case for these tools, working across the Enablement team and with key stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and create a comprehensive strategy for how the various enablement tools in our tool stack can help meet those needs. • In this role, you will serve as the technology expert for the Field Enablement organization, ensuring that our tools are aligned with business objectives, optimized for user experience, and delivering measurable return on investment. • You will drive tool adoption and interoperability, generate and analyze usage data to inform strategy, and work cross-functionally to ensure our enablement technology ecosystem supports the success of our Field teams in achieving customer outcomes and revenue growth. • If you are passionate about connecting technology solutions to business challenges, have experience with enablement tools, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can make a significant impact across the organization, apply today.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in either a sales role or sales enablement role, preferably in SaaS • Knowledge of and experience with enablement tools such as Highspot, Gong, Spekit, Replicate Labs or similar platforms • Strong understanding of how systems interconnect to integrate data between platforms • Ability to analyze tool usage data and extract meaningful insights to drive strategy • Demonstrated skill in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and building effective relationships • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect technology solutions to business challenges • Process-oriented approach with strong attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities • Track record of accomplishing responsibilities with minimal direction or oversight • Understanding of sales enablement concepts, practices, and procedures • Interest in GitLab and alignment with our values
