Description

• Maintaining school, staff and student records and data • Ensuring daily operation protocols for the school • Managing purchases and logistics • Planning, developing, and implementing events and meetings • Ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all staff and students to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual, and social growth. • Establishing and maintaining effective open communication with students, parents, teachers, and administrators • Coordinating staff professional development activities • Completing appropriate documentation for students participating in special programs as required by state and federal guidelines • Abiding by the staff handbook, all policies, procedures, laws, and state/federal regulations • Assisting with school events and extracurricular activities • Contributing to the school's growth and completion of annual goals and objectives • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Management or similar field • Proven experience in administration or operations • Excellent technology skills and comfort. (MS Office, GSuite computers, graphic applications) • Excellent communication skills • Outstanding organizational ability • Attention to detail • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Good judgment and decision-making aptitude • Degree in Education or similar field; post-graduate degree is a plus
