• Giveth is a community focused on Building the Future of Giving using blockchain technology. • Seeking a highly organized Quadratic Funding Round Program Manager. • Responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end lifecycle of quadratic funding rounds. • Ensure smooth execution from planning stage to donation phase to post-round analysis. • Work closely with various teams and stakeholders to set round specifications.
Requirements
• Proven experience in project or product management, preferably in the Web3 or crowdfunding industry. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a remote work environment. • Experience with fundraising campaigns and donor engagement strategies. • Technical proficiency in data analysis, crunching numbers, and reporting tools; Excel/Google Sheets. • Familiarity with blockchain technology and DeFi concepts.
