Description

• Our mission is to provide purpose-built grantmaking and relationship management tools to foundations of all sizes. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of grantmakers, executives and nonprofit partners. • Analyze research findings to generate actionable insights that guide design decisions. • Facilitate usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience. • Create high-fidelity prototypes and interaction flows using tools like Figma or Sketch to communicate design concepts and test usability. • Partner with Product Managers to align on project goals, priorities, and timelines. • Contribute to our design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms. • Document design guidelines and best practices to create a shared language around our design philosophy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, prototyping and design systems. • Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, analyze findings, and apply insights to design decisions. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or similar. • Strong skills in creating interactive prototypes that demonstrate complex user flows and interactions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. • Ability to think strategically about design and user experience, balancing user needs with business goals. • Nice to Have: Experience building and maintaining design systems, with a strong understanding of design consistency and scalability. • Experience with animation or micro-interactions. • Familiarity with web technologies to better understand implementation constraints. • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
