Description
β’ Founding engineering role with expanded ownership β’ Design and build development and production platforms for new products β’ Partner with researchers, engineers, and designers for new features β’ Accelerate engineering productivity and create outstanding user experiences β’ Responsible for reliability of systems and critical incidents response β’ On-call rotation may be needed
Requirements
β’ 5+ years of engineering experience in various tech environments β’ Experience with TypeScript/React on the frontend, Python on the backend β’ Comfortable taking ownership in a startup environment β’ Significant experience in designing, building, and scaling production systems β’ Commitment to creating outstanding user experiences β’ Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and LLM technology β’ Collaborative spirit, willingness to support colleagues β’ Proactive in learning new skills and building tools to accelerate workflows β’ Experience in startup environments is a plus β’ Familiarity with healthcare, EHR, HIPAA is a plus
