Requirements

• Several years in startup sourcing, innovation scouting, consulting, or market research, with a background ideally in leadership roles. • Proven analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to make decisions and improve client outcomes. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to executive-level clients. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth orientation and a passion for scaling impactful projects. • Fluent in English; proficiency in German or other European languages is an advantage.
