Description

β€’ Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients β€’ Understanding their business in-depth, ensuring their satisfaction and retention β€’ Helping them grow together with new clients β€’ Coordinating activities with internal cross-functional teams to retain existing business and explore/pursue possibilities of expanding new business opportunities β€’ Meeting and exceeding quarterly KPIs to ensure overall business growth for assigned clients β€’ Collaborating with additional departments to ensure successful client account set-up β€’ Analyzing and forecasting customer's traffic to ensure ongoing business growth and maximization of revenue/GP

Requirements

β€’ Industry experience highly preferred, understanding of SaaS and CPaaS solutions β€’ Prior experience working with Revenue Assurance, Purchasing, and technical teams β€’ Full cycle sales experience β€’ Strong experience in Account Management - building and maintaining relationships β€’ Product knowledge and/or knowledge of our competitors β€’ Ability to interact with all levels of the organization β€’ Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills
