This team plays a pivotal role on the commercial side of the organisation, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, business development, account management, and product teams to drive institutional business growth.
Requirements
• Proven experience in macro research and capital markets: Expertise in analysing market cycles, trends, and macroeconomic conditions that directly impact investment decisions, preferably gained within asset management firms, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or treasuries. • Deep understanding of institutional investment strategies: Sophisticated understanding of how professional investors utilise macro data and analytics to guide decisions, focusing on long-term performance in traditional and digital asset markets. • Strong interest in behavioural finance and market psychology: Expertise in market biases and heuristics influencing investment behaviour, ideally leveraging alternative data sets to capture sentiment-driven market actions.
