• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead and execute property marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital marketing and property-tech. • This individual will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns, optimizing ad strategies across multiple channels, and delivering measurable results. • Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for property and property-tech sectors. • Lead digital marketing efforts, including PPC management across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. • Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to optimize for results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative departments, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies. • Oversee the company’s online presence, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices for improved visibility. • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that drive ROI. • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or director-level role. • Strong experience in property marketing; property-tech startup experience is highly desirable. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads. • Expertise in PPC management, ad strategy, and cross-platform campaign optimization. • Basic understanding of technical SEO and best practices for website optimization. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Notion, Linear, and Slack. • Experience with CMS tools and content marketing strategies.
