🎯 Requirements
• 8 or more years of experience in the US government (Federal/State/Local) proposal process • Experience working as an overall bid team member, including business development, program management, finance, contracts, and technical staff • Deep understanding of government regulations related to developing and negotiating cost proposals (FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA) • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (examples: creating spreadsheets, formulas, formatting, pivots, etc.) • Knowledge of creating/formatting graphics needed for response • Strong organizational skills to manage time and prioritize workload • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements • Strong attention to detail
